Role Overview

As an MEP Site Engineer / Manager, you will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades on-site. You will bridge the gap between design and physical execution, ensuring that complex utility networks integrate seamlessly into both high-rise residential towers and commercial spaces. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution & Coordination

- Supervise day-to-day installation of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical panels) to guarantee alignment with approved drawings. [1]
- Coordinate MEP drafts and models with civil, architectural, and structural teams to prevent or resolve in office physical clashes (using tools like AutoCAD or Navisworks). [1, 2]
- Manage specialized subcontractors and vendors, resolving technical site queries in real time. [1, 2]

2. Quality Control & Commissioning

- Conduct routine site inspections to verify installation quality.
- Witness and document system testing (e.g., pressure tests,



duct leakage tests, and electrical load testing).
- Support system commissioning and client handover processes. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Compliance & Safety

- Ensure all MEP works comply with local building codes, national standards (e.g., IS codes for India projects), and sustainability goals.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols specific to MEP activities (e.g., electrical safety and confined space work). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

4. Commercial & Resource Management

- Review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents, and material specifications.
- Track project metrics such as material consumption and installation progress, and compile daily or weekly site reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
