Key Responsibilities ;

- Design and Planning : Create technical designs, blueprints, and structural models using CAD software.
- Site Analysis & Management : Perform surveying, analyze soil, and assess potential risks/environmental impacts.
- Project Oversight : Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting : Calculate material, labor, and time costs to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with architects, contractors, suppliers, and government officials.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software like MS Project.
- Analytical Skills : Solid mathematical and engineering skills to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and collaborating with diverse teams.
- At least 4 years of proven track record in similar field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
