Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters across cloud and on-prem environments.

- Build and maintain cloud-agnostic CI/CD pipelines using Tekton.
- Develop reusable and portable pipeline solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-prem infrastructure.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for multi-cloud and on-prem provisioning.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across hybrid environments.
- Monitor system performance using observability tools.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems across hybrid environments.
- Optimize deployment strategies for scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Drive DevOps best practices and standardization across environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must-Have Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Tekton.
- Proven experience in cloud-agnostic and hybrid/on-prem environments.
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker).
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.




- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus but not mandatory.
