Role Objective : To assist the Senior Sales Engineer in ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Execution, Proposal, and Accounts teams : by managing documentation, Maintaining Dashboards, tracking, communication, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Pre Sales Documentation & Process Management

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to orders, quotations, and proposals.
- Keep organized data folders for client quotes, reports, and payment records.
- Create and maintain standard templates for repetitive documents.
- Maintain accuracy of Sales data.

- Sales Support & Coordination:

- Maintain daily & weekly sales tracker for inquiries, quotations, and order status. Coordinate with proposal team for timely quotation submissions.
- Track client communication and maintain follow-up logs.
- Assist in preparing monthly Sales Performance Reports.

1. Execution Interface

- Bridge between Service/Execution team and Sales for order progress updates.




- Maintain execution tracker from order receipt to project handover & completion.
- Coordinate with engineers and update status independently.
- Escalate issues only after two independent follow-ups.

- Payment & Accounts Coordination

- Follow up with accounts and clients on pending payments.
- Maintain collection tracker with due dates and follow-ups.
- Escalate payment delays only when required.

- Team Communication & Reporting

- Prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR).
- Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track actions.
- Support in preparing data for monthly review.

Skills & Attributes

- Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Understanding of sales documentation
- Accountability and time management

Performance KPIs

- Daily update of sales tracker
- 95% accuracy in order follow-up status
- Weekly update of payment tracker
- Daily DSR reporting
- Escalations only after two internal follow‑ups
