The Impact You'll Make : As a CVM Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that vendor master data across SAP and non‑SAP systems remains accurate, reliable, and ready to support global procurement operations. Your contribution strengthens data governance, improves operational efficiency, and enables stakeholders worldwide to make informed decisions. By continuously learning, adapting, and improving data quality processes, you’ll help create a more automated, compliant, and future‑ready vendor ecosystem at Danfoss.

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Manage end‑to‑end vendor and bank master data creation, updates, and extensions in SAP/MDG.
- Handle global service requests and incidents through systems like ServiceNow and IVMS.
- Validate data, improve data quality, and support cleansing, enrichment, and removal of inactive suppliers.
- Support and troubleshoot automation solutions in the vendor master area.
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in training stakeholders.
- Ensure strong data governance across procurement processes.
- Work with SAP, MDG, MS Excel, and external databases (Orbis, BVD, D&B;, VIES, etc.) to support daily operations.

- Solid understanding of SAP vendor master data processes across multiple systems.
- Experience with master data governance tools such as SAP MDG or SAP FIORI/MDG.

- Comfort working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, IVMS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with external verification databases.
