During a site visit, a meter-man checks the actual work done and records measurements for billing and progress.

Important Points to Check :

1. Verify Drawing vs Actual Work - Compare site work with the approved drawing.

2. Take Accurate Measurements - Measure length, width, height, and quantities of work.





3. Check Material Usage - Confirm the materials used match the specification.

4. Record Measurements - Enter data in the Measurement Book (MB).

5. Photographic Evidence - Take site photos for documentation.

6. Quality Inspection - Check if the work quality meets the standard.

7. Work Progress - Note the percentage of work completed.
