Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor work progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Enforce site safety rules and toolbox talks; report unsafe conditions immediately.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
