Metrika is looking for disciplined Diploma Engineers to manage production workflows and site accuracy. You will not be operating machines; instead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the factory output matches our high-end designs and that in office installations are flawless. Precision is our top priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning : Oversee the workflow from the design stage to the final product. Ensure that the floor team follows the production sequence correctly.
- Drawing & Measurement Audit : Verify all technical drawings and cutting lists before they go to the production floor. Ensure 100% accuracy in dimensions for kitchens and wardrobes.
- Quality Supervision : Conduct "Stage-Wise" quality checks. Inspect the finish, edge-banding,
and hardware fitment to ensure they meet Metrika’s luxury standards.
- Site Survey & Measurement (Civil/Mechanical) : Visit high-end residential sites to take precise measurements. Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure the site is ready for furniture installation.
- Assembly Coordination : Supervise the trial assembly of furniture in the factory to check for alignment issues before the product is dispatched to the client.
- Inventory Tracking : Monitor the usage of premium hardware (hinges, sliders, handles) and high-value laminates to ensure zero wastage.
