- Monitor and resolve customer issues and problem-solve, learn and create your own mechanisms for resolving issues and most importantly, communicate effectively with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Communicate effectively with attention to detail and organizational awareness; have the ability to prioritize multiple objectives in order to meet compliance objectives.
- Responsible incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution per policies and procedures and escalate to the next level on a timely manner.
- Participates in various working groups and boards related to process improvement and change authorization
- Interfaces with end users and customers as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours as demands may require evening, night and weekend work.
