Desktop Support Engineer (L1) / FMS Engineer - Nashik (Satpur)

Experience : 2-5 Years Location : Satpur, Nashik Qualification : Graduate / 3-Year Polytechnic Diploma

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, IT assets, and inventory records.
- Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Support IT deployments, software installations, and office IT operations.

Required Skills :

- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and networking.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, TCP/IP, and desktop support.
- Experience with asset management and ticketing tools.
- Valuable communication and user support skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education :

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience :

- Desktop support: 2 years (required)
