YOUR IMPACT :

- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and Cloud Operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Review technical designs, estimate development efforts, and guide implementation across projects.
- Promote engineering best practices, including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, and secure software development.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Mentor software engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.

What you will need to succeed :Must-have Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise software development with a strong background in Java-based technologies.
- Hands-on experience withAWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience withAngular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- Solid troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis skills.
- Proven experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice-to-have Skills :

- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Redis.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
