Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) network operations
- Coordinate with patrollers, FRT, and client engineers for fault resolution
- Handle fiber cuts, breakdowns, and ensure timely restoration
- Assign tasks and track daily activities of field teams
- Maintain records of faults, closures, and maintenance activities
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management
- Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance work
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and minimize network downtime

Requirements :

- Diploma / Graduate in Electronics, Telecom, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in telecom / OFC operations
- Knowledge of optical fibre networks and splicing
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Willingness to travel and handle field coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
