Role Summary

The Spares Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing spare parts sales activities, coordinating with customers, and ensuring timely quotation, order processing, and dispatch support. This role plays a crucial part in strengthening after-sales service revenue and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Success in this role looks like: Timely response to customer spare part inquiries.

Accurate preparation of quotations and order confirmations.

Increased spare parts sales revenue.

Effective coordination between customers, service teams, and stores.

Maintaining organized and up-to-date sales records.

This role supports the organization by enhancing customer retention, improving spare parts business growth, and ensuring efficient after-sales operations.

Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and prepare detailed quotations.

Coordinate with service engineers and customers to identify correct spare parts.

Follow up on quotations to convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.

Process sales orders and coordinate with stores/logistics for timely dispatch.





Maintain updated price lists, inventory data, and spare parts catalogues.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel/ERP systems.

Support inventory planning by analyzing consumption trends.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve repeat business.

Ensure proper documentation of invoices, dispatch details, and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications : Education

Graduate (Commerce / Business Administration preferred) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

3-6 years in spare parts sales, coordination, or after-sales support in machinery/manufacturing industry.

Skills : Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Very valuable Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, pivot tables).

Knowledge of ERP systems and sales documentation.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries.

Basic technical understanding of machinery components.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Preferred

Experience in packaging machinery, automation, or capital equipment industry.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
