What you will do : This internship is primarily training‑oriented with structured learning and guided hands‑on exposure to Building Management System. You will help build the future of our diagnostics platform that supports our service organization that keeps Johnson controls on the leading edge of cost-effective, technically advanced service delivery business.

You will learn engineering fundamentals, tools, and processes while supporting senior engineers on, conducts preventive maintenance, and general servicing of Controls (including detailed troubleshooting of Controls) under close supervision.

How you will do it :

- Attending classroom training and on‑the‑job training as per assign domain in HVAC, Fire & Security.
- Perform Dashboard reviews, analyze, generate reports and recommendations under supervision of Senior Engineer.
- Work with the field,



help connect BAS under supervision of Senior Engineer.
- Manages assigned work to meet skilled and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Reports problems or management changes immediately.
- Adheres to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards.
- Conducts extensive self-study/ Audio visual trainings (reading, research, and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in the company's product lines.

What we look for :

- B.E./ BTech - (Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control)
- BE/BTech Passing year - 2026
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and gender-diverse environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Knowledge of IAQ / IEQ / Energy data.
