We are expanding our global team and looking for a motivated Recruiter based in India to support our hiring efforts for U.S. operations.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Screening & Vetting

- Conduct initial phone or video screening interviews

Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews with hiring managers

Recruitment Operations

- Post jobs on various job boards
- Track recruitment metrics and weekly hiring progress

Required Skills :

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills





Preferred Qualifications

- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for US-based companies is a plus
- Experience with ATS or CRM systems
- Familiarity with hiring roles such as warehouse operations, inventory specialists, or software engineers
