Job Description - Safety Officer (Construction)

Responsibilities :

- Ensure implementation of safety policies and procedures at the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor workers to ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers and staff.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and prepare safety reports.
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers and management to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure all construction activities follow safety standards and government regulations.

Requirements :

- 3-4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety standards and procedures.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle safety audits and emergency situations.

Pay: ₹13,456.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
