Site Safety Inspection :

- Conduct daily safety inspections at the construction site.

- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.

- Ensure all workers are following safety rules.

- Toolbox Talk / Safety Meeting :

- Conduct daily toolbox talk before starting work.

- Explain hazards and safety precautions to workers.

- Maintain TBT records.

- PPE Monitoring :

- Ensure all workers wear proper PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Jacket, Gloves, Harness).

- Stop work if PPE is not used.

- Maintain PPE issue record.

- Work Permit System :

- Issue and monitor work permits for:

- Work at Height

- Hot Work

- Excavation Work

- Electrical Work

- Ensure work starts only after permit approval.

- Accident / Incident Reporting :

- Prepare accident and incident reports.

- Investigate root cause of accident.

- Suggest preventive actions.

- Safety Training & Induction :

- Conduct safety induction for recent workers.

- Provide training for height work, fire safety, electrical safety, PPE use.





- Maintain training records.

- Safety Documentation :

- Maintain safety checklist.

- Maintain inspection report.

- Maintain incident register.

- Maintain worker safety record.

- Emergency Preparedness :

- Check fire extinguishers regularly.

- Ensure first aid box available.

- Display emergency contact numbers.

- Participate in mock drills.

- Coordination with Site Team :

- Work with Project Manager / Engineer / Supervisor.

- Ensure safety in all activities.

- Give safety instructions before risky work.

- Compliance with Safety Rules & Labour Law :

- Follow company safety policy.

- Follow labour law and construction safety rules.

- Ensure site compliance with government regulations.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
