Job Summary : To oversee day-to-day operations of the Building Material Testing Lab , ensuring testing, reporting, and quality systems are maintained in compliance with NABL (ISO/IEC 17025), applicable standards, and ELCA procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, allocate, and supervise in-house and onsite testing activities

- (cement, concrete, aggregates, steel, etc.)

- Ensure testing is conducted as per ASTM / IS / ISO standards

- Review and approve test reports (lab and field)

- Ensure proper execution of onsite testing, including:

- Team deployment and coordination

- Availability of calibrated equipment

- Adherence to test procedures and safety

- Maintain NABL compliance, including :

- Documentation and record control

- Equipment calibration status

- Sample and data traceability





- Monitor TAT, workload, and team productivity :

- Handle client coordination, site interactions, and technical queries :

- Ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and readiness for site work :

- Lead internal audits and support external/NABL audits :

- Train and guide engineers and technicians :

- Ensure lab and site safety, discipline, and housekeeping

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
