We are hiring: Product Innovation Engineer (0-2 yrs) — Instrumentation / Electronics

Key responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate oral‑care products and components across global markets.
- Perform product quality checks, functional testing, and failure analysis.
- Prepare clear test reports, technical specifications, and improvement recommendations.
- Work with suppliers on samples, prototypes, and production readiness.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (design, operations, compliance, marketing).
- Travel domestically and internationally for market visits and supplier audits.

Qualifications:





- B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
- 0-2 years experience in product testing, QC, or R&D.;
- Hands‑on with measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope), basic lab testing, and sample evaluation.
- Strong problem‑solving, technical documentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and market visits.
- Passion for consumer products and oral‑care innovation is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
