We are looking for proactive CS - Telecalling Executives to contact drivers from a provided database, understand their job preferences, onboard them, and drive subscription conversions.
The role involves driver engagement, app onboarding, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of telecalling or customer interaction
- Ability to explain mobile apps and guide users patiently
- Basic computer and smart phone knowledge
- Ability to maintain call and conversion records properly
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
