Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Negotiate freight rates with carriers and shippers to ensure cost-effective transportation.

Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance with industry regulations.

Resolve any transportation issues, including delays and damages.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.

Collaborate with dispatchers and drivers for smooth operations.

Requirements : Minimum 6 months of experience into lead generation, callings, or sales.

Robust negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.





Understanding industry best practices.
