**Job Description of Sales Consultant for Four Wheeler (Car Sales Consultant):

Customer Interaction: Greet, consult with, and guide customers to appropriate vehicle choices, ensuring a high-quality buying experience.

Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle models, features, specifications, and accessories.

Demonstration & Test Drives: Explain vehicle capabilities, demonstrate technology, and accompany customers on test drives.

Sales Process & Closing: Negotiate pricing, overcome objections, explain financing/leasing options, and complete all sales documentation.

Lead Management & Follow-up: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, nurture leads, and follow up with past customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Vehicle Delivery: Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring customers understand operating features and warranty coverage.

Goal Achievement: Set personal income goals and work towards meeting dealership volume and gross profit targets.

Must Have Both Driving License / LLR COPY





Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.
