Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join the Madhumati Holidays team. You will be the face of our agency, helping clients plan their dream vacations—whether it’s a family trip to Kashmir, an adventure in Ladakh, or a luxury getaway to Dubai. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, create customized itineraries, and ensure every journey is seamless from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Consultation : Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Itinerary Design : Create personalized domestic and international tour packages (special focus on Kashmir, North East, Andaman, and Kerala).
- Booking Management : Handle end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, luxury cabs, and local sightseeing.
- Sales & Promotion : Proactively follow up on leads and use promotional techniques to sell holiday packages.
- Operational Support : Coordinate with ground representatives and drivers to ensure smooth guest arrivals and transfers.
- Documentation : Assist clients with travel insurance, visa requirements,



and necessary travel permits.
- Problem Solving : Act as a point of contact for clients during their trip to resolve any issues or itinerary changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education : Graduate in any stream (Degree/Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus).
- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a travel agency (Freshers with a strong passion for travel may be considered).
- Destination Knowledge : Strong understanding of popular Indian tourist circuits (especially North India and South India).
- Communication : Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills : Excellent sales aptitude, a patient listening ear, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
