We are a startup logistics dispatching agency currently building a small team of 2 people — one dispatcher and one sales caller.

We are in the early stage, so we are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn, grow, and build this agency together. This is a great opportunity for beginners or people with basic knowledge of dispatching or sales.

Open Roles Dispatcher (1 Position)

Responsibilities :

- Find and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Communicate with brokers and negotiate rates
- Coordinate with drivers for pickup and delivery
- Manage basic paperwork (rate confirmations, details, etc.)
- Maintain clear and timely communication

Sales Caller (1 Position)

Responsibilities :

- Call owner-operators and trucking companies
- Pitch our dispatch services
- Build relationships and onboard new clients
- Maintain follow-ups





Requirements (For Both Roles)

- Positive English communication (VERY important)
- Confidence in speaking/calling
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Basic computer skills

We are a startup and still building our systems. We are looking for people who are okay with starting from scratch, learning together, and growing long-term with the agency.

Compensation

- Commission-based / performance-based
