Job Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products within the designated geographical area.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new customer segments.
- Regularly visit healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals) to promote products, provide product information, and address queries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage and optimize product distribution channels, ensuring product availability and efficient supply chain.
- Conduct product presentations, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education),



and other promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense statements in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and gather market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence healthcare professionals.
- Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
