- Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.

- Implement and maintain effective and organized warehouse processes to optimize workflow.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and motivation.

- Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet operational objectives.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and condition of received and shipped goods.





- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and resolve any safety or maintenance issues.

- Implement inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits.

- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan for inventory replenishment.

- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.

- Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment.

- Ensure compliance with local, state regulations related to warehouse operations. - Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in warehouse management, with a track record of successful leadership.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
