- Navigation & Time Management : Plan efficient routes using GPS tools to meet delivery schedules.
- Documentation & Handling : Verify customer identification, collect payments, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Loading/Unloading : Safely load and unload packages in the vehicle, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
- Customer Service :



Act as the face of the company by interacting with customers in a skilled and friendly manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- License & Vehicle : Valid driving license and a reliable two-wheeler or light commercial vehicle.
- Navigation Skills : Good knowledge of local routes and ability to use GPS/mapping apps.
- Physical Fitness : Ability to lift packages and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Communication : Good communication skills for customer interaction.
- Education : Generally requires a high school diploma or equivalent, though many roles are open to freshers.
