Your future duties and responsibilities

ERP Expertise & Business Support Act as a discussion partner for business stakeholders regarding ERP solutions. Provide expertise in rental and service business processes. Deliver ad-hoc and structured reports based on business requirements. Perform acceptance testing and regression testing for system changes.

Manage training sessions and change requests from business users. System & Application Management Maintain and support IBS Enterprise (release 6.42) modules including: Rental Service Warehouse & Distribution Asset Management Project Management Finance (archived) Data Interchange Ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements. Oversee invoice distribution processes, XML file handling, and electronic invoicing. Platform & Technical Operations Work on **IBM i (AS/400) / IBM Power systems environments. Use 5250 terminal emulator for system commands and job handling. Manage DB2 databases and SQL queries. Perform test setting refreshes and FTP data transfers.

Must Have Skills

Strong experience with IBS Enterprise ERP systems. Knowledge of ERP business processes (rental, service, warehouse operations). Experience with system integrations, XML processing, and electronic invoicing. Strong SQL and database knowledge using DB2. Experience working with Jira and Confluence. Understanding of IBM i / AS400 platform operations.

Good to Have Skills

Knowledge of **SAP integration with ERP systems.



Experience with RPG programming or CL scripting. Experience in ERP architecture and solution design. Knowledge of IT audit, compliance processes, and authorization management. Experience working with cross-functional global teams.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
