Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the billing team, overseeing billing operations and ensuring best practices
- Manage billing processes in Software with expertise in sales and purchase billing
- Ensure accuracy of all billing transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Maintain inventory records in the billing software
- Generate e-way bills and e-invoices in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate seamlessly with the warehouse team for inventory management
- Work with the accounts team to ensure alignment between billing and accounting flows
- Understand and implement sales and purchase order flows
- Maintain accounting controls and ensure proper documentation
- Generate reports and analyze billing metrics

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Billing Executive or similar role
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- In-depth knowledge of accounting flows and sales/purchase order processes




- Experience with Logic Software (or similar ERP/billing software)
- Strong understanding of e-way bill and e-invoice generation
- Knowledge of Tally accounting software
- Experience in inventory management
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Solid coordination and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications :

- Leadership/supervisory experience
- Familiarity with GST compliance and e-billing requirements
- Experience coordinating between multiple departments
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
