JOB TITLE : Store Incharge LOCATION : Panipat EXPERIENCE : 3 Years PACKAGE : 4.5LPA Job Summary: Good Knowledge of Stores, Inventory, Dispatch, Logistics, Tally(must), & ERP. - Ensure the storage, dispatch and daily management of the stock of products marketed by the company. - Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered. - Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers. - Keep a record of sales and restock. Conduct Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution - Schedule categories for Cycle Count inventory and maintain strict records - Oversee and evaluate stock rotation procedures - Maintain adequate storage for warehouse and in office inventory - Train store staff in product dating and create procedures to eliminate loss - Create an efficient space utilization plan - Notify store management of shortages or other problems that could impact product availability - Instruct store staff on proper procedures for locating and utilizing product inventory Role & Responsibilities: - Maintain and update inventory records - Develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures - Reconcile inventory discrepancies - Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as - necessary - Prepare a list of depleted products and a survey of unusable products - Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries - Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance - Use radio, phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to - appropriate locations - Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their - schedule - Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and - requirements Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
