Position: General Manager - Finance & Accounts,

Location : Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala Reporting To :Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned General Manager - Finance & Accounts, to lead and manage the overall financial operations of the organization. The role involves strategic financial planning, MIS reporting, commercial control, and ensuring strong financial governance.

Qualification & Experience

- M.Com (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / CA /CMA

- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Age: 35 - 55 years

1. Financial Strategy & Management

- Lead end-to-end finance operations across the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Monitor profitability (warehouse-wise, client-wise, SLA-wise).
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual).

2. MIS, Analytics & Business Decision Support

- Develop structured MIS dashboards for Management & CFO.
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actuals, Revenue vs Cost, SLA vs Performance).
- Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support pricing models, rate contracts, and cost modeling for new clients.
- Monitor KPI-linked financial metrics (TAT cost, manpower cost %, client profitability, etc.).

3. SLA & Commercial Control

- Review and financially evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure accurate billing as per client contracts and SLA terms.




- Monitor revenue leakages and implement corrective controls.
- Validate cost escalation clauses and periodic rate revisions.
- Coordinate closely with Operations & Commercial teams to protect margins.
- Evaluate contract risks before final approval.

4. Fund & Banking Management

- Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capital limits.
- Oversee fund flow statements and treasury management.
- Negotiate with banks for better credit terms and interest structures.
- Ensure timely payment cycles for vendors and statutory liabilities.

5. Team Leadership & Process Automation

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounts team.
- Introduce automation in reporting, billing, and reconciliation processes.
- Improve ERP utilization and system-driven controls.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with finance, operations & HR teams.
- Ensure cross-department coordination for smooth operational finance control.

6. Governance & Management Reporting

- Present financial performance reports to CFO & Management.
- Participate in board-level financial discussions.
- Provide early warning signals on cost overruns and financial risks.
- Support expansion planning, warehouse setup costing & feasibility studies

Key Skills :

- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (ERP), MS Office (Advanced Excel mandatory) :

- Experience in MIS reporting, financial dashboards & ERP systems

- Valuable working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI compliance

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam is a must.
