Job Purpose : Supply Planning Process Associate is responsible for managing customer communications, coordinating order processing, and ensuring smooth dispatch planning through close collaboration with internal teams such as Warehouse, QA, and Production. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, validating forecasts, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling

- Provide accurate information regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and product availability.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers by ensuring prompt issue resolution and service support.

2. Dispatch Planning

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment of goods.
- Monitor dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to schedules.

Coordination with Internal Teams

- Collaborate with Warehouse, QA, and Production teams to ensure order readiness and smooth operations.
- Track order progress from production to dispatch.
- Resolve operational issues that may affect delivery timelines.

4. Order Management

- Receive, process, and monitor customer orders in the system.
- Ensure order accuracy, proper documentation, and timely execution.
- Maintain order records and update customers regarding order progress when required.

5. Customer Forecast Validation

- Review and validate customer forecasts with sales and production teams.
- Ensure forecast accuracy to support production planning and inventory management.
- Highlight discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
