Job Description - Mechanical Design Engineer

Position : Mechanical Design Engineer Company : Warehouse International Private Limited Location : Greater Noida Experience : 2-4 Years Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and equipment using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D models.
- Modify and improve existing product designs based on customer and production requirements.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, and Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing.
- Conduct design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.
- Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
- Ensure designs comply with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Resolve design-related issues during production and installation.
- Maintain accurate design records and engineering documentation.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA .




- Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of sheet metal, fabrication, welding, and machine components.
- Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is preferred.
- Ability to prepare BOMs and engineering drawings.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with conveyor systems or industrial machinery is an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience : 2-4 years in Mechanical Design Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing, conveyor systems, industrial equipment, or automation is preferred.
