Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company procedures

- Maintain accurate records of GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and inventory logs :

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials :

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase/production teams for material requirements

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports

- Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and internal departments as required





- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Eligibility Criteria

- Education : Graduation mandatory

- Experience : Minimum 2+ years experience as Store Executive / Storekeeper

- Industry Exposure : Manufacturing / Warehouse / Industrial stores preferred

- Skills Required :

- Inventory & stock management

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)

- Documentation & reporting

- Positive coordination and communication skills
