Job description: Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :

- Enter and update shipment, dispatch, inventory, and delivery data into the logistics management system.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and transport documents.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Track order status and update customers or internal teams as required.
- Scan, file, and organize logistics documents for easy retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
- Follow company procedures and meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Qualifications :





- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software.
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory processes.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
