Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels
- Monitor daily sales, analyze performance, and generate reports
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order processing and fulfillment
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently
- Optimize product visibility using SEO, keywords, and promotional strategies
- Plan and execute online campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Maintain website content and ensure smooth user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (entry-level roles may vary)
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

- Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Understanding of customer behavior and conversion optimization
