Store Manager (Metal Industry)

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Store Manager to lead and manage complete store operations including inventory control, inward & outward material management, stock verification, SAP/register maintenance, critical spares monitoring, fuel tracking, documentation control, and production support activities

- Handle complete store operations including inward, storage, issue control, inventory monitoring, and housekeeping.
- Maintain stock levels for raw materials, consumables, engineering items, spares, fuel, and diesel.
- Coordinate with Purchase for material procurement and track pending indents.
- Ensure proper inward verification, GRN documentation, SAP updates, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor critical spares, repair materials, and rack-wise material organization.
- Lead Store Supervisors, Helpers,



and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain audit-ready records, physical stock verification, and documentation control.
- Ensure safety compliance, PPE usage, and proper housekeeping inside stores.

Preferred Experience :

- 8+ years in Stores / Warehouse operations
- Experience in manufacturing plant stores preferred

Role Expectation :

- Strong experience in Store Operations and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of SAP / ERP systems
- Experience in manufacturing / metallurgical / engineering industry preferred
- Valuable leadership and coordination skills
- Strong documentation and audit handling capability
- Ability to manage critical spares and production-support inventory

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
