Location : Aurangabad Experience : 3-5 Years (Automobile Industry Preferred) Qualification : Any Graduate (UG) Salary : ₹25,000-₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the SAP system.
- Maintain and file invoice copies for all GRNs.
- Segregate and organize invoices and supporting documents.
- Submit original and duplicate invoice copies to the Finance Department on a daily basis for GRNs created on the previous day.
- Inform the Material Planning team promptly about any issues affecting GRN creation.
- Coordinate with SCM, Purchase, IT, and Finance departments to resolve operational issues.
- Obtain necessary approvals for urgent material inward entries without GRN and ensure timely GRN creation with complete documentation.
- Report discrepancies to the concerned officials for GR reversal and creation of revised GRNs.
- Prepare and publish daily and monthly MIS reports.




- Reconcile system-generated GRNs with physical documents and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills :

- 3-5 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP (GRN process) and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of inventory management and documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet daily operational deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
