Core Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Outreach (The "Field" Part)

Since pickers and packers often aren't browsing LinkedIn, you have to go where they are.

Canvassing: Distributing flyers and posting ads in high-traffic areas like community centers, bus stops, and local shops.

Referral Networks: Building relationships with local leaders or existing workers to create a pipeline of reliable talent.

2. Screening & Assessment

Speed is the name of the game in logistics, but quality still matters.

Document Collection: Verifying IDs, work permits, and background check details on the spot.

Aptitude Checks: Briefly testing for basic literacy and the ability to follow labeling/sorting instructions.

3. Funnel Management

Target Tracking :Meeting daily or weekly "headcount" goals to ensure the warehouse is fully staffed for peak seasons.

Retention Feedback :Talking to workers to understand why they stay or leave, then reporting those insights back to management.

Job Types : Full time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
