A Counter Sales Executive (or Counter Salesperson) is responsible for assisting customers at a sales counter, handling transactions, and ensuring a smooth buying experience—commonly in retail stores, showrooms, pharmacies, or service centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive at the counter
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Provide detailed information about products, prices, and offers
- Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
- Ensure the counter area is clean and well-organized
- Manage stock display and inform about low inventory
- Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team when needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
