Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities
- Source materials, products, and supplies from approved vendors
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requirements accordingly
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards




- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up
- Support inventory and warehouse teams in stock reconciliation

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive :

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain / related field preferred

- Experience in retail / food products procurement is an added advantage
