Receive raw materials, components, and packing materials as per GRN procedures.

- Verify quantity and quality of materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials.
- Issue materials to production based on approved material requisitions.
- Follow FIFO / FEFO practices to minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP (SAP / Tally / Oracle) and physical registers.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and support production planning.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for smooth operations.
- Handle inward and outward movement of finished goods and dispatch documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Support internal and external audits.
