About the Role

Responsibilities : Field Operations

- Manage day-to-day field activities including vendor visits and coordination
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes on the ground
- Monitor and improve service quality and turnaround time

Vendor Management

- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure reliability and cost eiciency

Warehouse Management

- Oversee inventory management, stock tracking, and replenishment :

- Ensure proper storage, dispatch, and logistics coordination Maintain accurate records and minimize inventory discrepancies :

- Coordination & Communication Act as a bridge between internal teams and external vendors Resolve operational issues e iciently Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 1-4 years of experience in operations / supply chain / field roles

- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi (mandatory)




- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Ability to multitask and work independently in field environments

Good to Have (Bonus) :

- Experience in startup or logistics-driven environment
- Familiarity with tools like Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
