Role: Packing and Warehouse Executive

Education Requirements

- Minimum: 12th Pass :

- Preferred: Graduate (Commerce / Business / Logistics)

The Packing Executive is responsible for verifying orders, folding garments, packing products, scanning barcodes, labeling shipments, and updating the system before dispatch. The role ensures accurate packing, proper presentation, and optimized packaging size to reduce shipping costs while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Verification

- Check order details before packing. :

- Verify SKU, size, colour, and quantity with the system order. :

- Ensure the correct product is picked.

2. Garment Folding

- Fold garments according to company packaging standards. :

- Ensure products are folded neatly and fit properly inside the packaging.

3. Packaging

- Pack items using approved materials (polybag, box, courier bag). :

- Choose the correct package size to avoid oversized shipments. :





- Maintain dead weight and volumetric weight below 500 g whenever possible.

4. Barcode Scanning

- Scan product barcodes using a scanner or mobile device. :

- Confirm the barcode matches the order SKU.

5. Labeling

- Print and attach shipping labels from the order system. :

- Ensure labels contain customer address, order ID, courier barcode, and SKU details.

6. System Update

- Mark the order as Packed / Ready for Dispatch in the system (OMS/WMS). :

- Update packing status in Excel or order management software.

7. Quality Check

- Inspect garments for defects, stains, or incorrect items. :

- Report and reject damaged items as per SOP.

8. Dispatch Preparation

- Seal packages properly and organize by courier for pickup. :

- Maintain clean packing station and packaging material stock.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
