Role Overview

TROOLOGY is looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in AI/NLP integrations and Blockchain (Hyperledger Fabric) .

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development (MERN)

- Build RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness

AI / NLP Integration

- Develop and integrate AI-powered features (chatbots, automation, analytics)
- Work with NLP models for text processing, classification, and insights

Blockchain Development

- Design and implement blockchain-based solutions using Hyperledger Fabric :

- Develop smart contracts (chaincode) and manage network configurations

- Ensure secure data handling and transaction validation

System Architecture & Optimization

- Architect scalable backend systems and optimize database performance
- Implement security best practices and data protection measures
- Handle deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud integration

Collaboration & Leadership

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps)
- Mentor junior developers and review code quality
- Participate in technical decision-making and solution design

Required Skills : MERN Stack

- Strong experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB :

- API development and integration expertise

AI / NLP





- Experience with NLP libraries/frameworks (e.g., Python-based tools, APIs)
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and model integration
- Experience with chatbots, text analytics, or automation systems

Blockchain

- Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric :

- Smart contract (chaincode) development

- Understanding of decentralized architecture and cryptography basics

General

- Strong problem-solving and system design skills
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture

Preferred Skills

- Experience in government or enterprise-grade projects :

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes :

- Exposure to Web3 ecosystem or other blockchain platforms :

- Familiarity with data security and compliance standards

Qualification

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field
