About the Role The Product Head will work closely with the Director and CEO to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions and lead a team of 8-10 developers. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 software developers. - Plan, prioritize, and oversee the complete software development lifecycle. - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. - Establish development processes, coding standards, and best practices. - Conduct regular code reviews, sprint planning, and performance evaluations. - Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments. - Drive innovation and continuously improve products, processes, and team productivity. - Ensure proper documentation of products, features, and technical specifications. - Prepare regular project status reports and present updates directly to the Director and CEO. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions for business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a - related field. Preferred Skills - Experience working in a fast-growing IT company or technology startup. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices,



and modern development frameworks. - Experience with product strategy, roadmap planning, and release management.
