Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Aura Components.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks.
- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Technical Skills :

- 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Solid proficiency in:

- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- SOQL/SOSL





- Flows & Triggers

- Visualforce

- REST/SOAP APIs

- Experience with:

- Salesforce integrations

- Platform Events

- Batch Apex / Queueable Apex

- Git/version control

- CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of:

- Salesforce security model

- Sharing rules

- Governor limits

- Data modeling

Certifications (preferred) :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce App Builder

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern frontend development
- Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
