We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can operate across multiple levels of technical support and software engineering. This role spans from Tier 1 operational excellence to hands-on development and DevOps responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

Tier 1 (Foundational Support)

Deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to stakeholders and end users Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with high precision Demonstrate robust attention to detail in ticket handling and documentation Accurately capture, triage, and escalate issues as needed Tier 2 (Advanced Support & Analysis)

Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues Analyze logs, system behavior,



and data to identify patterns and failures Write and execute queries to support investigation and resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues Tier 3 (Engineering Support)
