Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing ZeaCRM operations and end-to-end project delivery. The role begins after the sales conversion and focuses on smooth execution, client coordination, developer team management, and long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of projects post sales conversion
- Assign projects to the developer and automation teams
- Plan, track, and ensure timely project delivery
- Act as a single point of contact between clients and technical teams
- Understand client requirements and convert them into technical tasks
- Coordinate with automation developers for workflow and CRM automation
- Monitor delivery quality and resolve project-related issues
- Conduct regular client follow-ups, reviews, and support coordination
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and renewals
- Maintain proper project documentation and delivery reports
- Escalate risks and issues to management when required





Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of project delivery and CRM implementation
- Experience in team management and task coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of CRM systems, automation workflows, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience with project management tools is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS / CRM-based products
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, workflows, and reporting
