We're Hiring :Backend Developer (On-Site - Jamshedpur)

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

CTC : ₹4.8 - ₹5.4 LPA

Key Skills Required

- Strong experience in Node.js and NestJS
- Good understanding of Redis, caching strategies, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable backend design
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React / HTML / CSS / JavaScript) for team coordination
- Awareness and willingness to adopt new and emerging technologies
- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Roles & Responsibilities

- Own and manage the complete backend architecture of the company
- Lead and coordinate backend & frontend teams to ensure timely delivery of projects




- Take initiative in adopting current technologies to improve systems and workflows
- Oversee and maintain all existing projects, ensuring smooth operation and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Implement best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment
